The Radford University Art Museum system comprises five gallery spaces: The Art Museum at the Covington Center, Gallery 205 in Porterfield Hall, the RUAM Downtown, and two satellite galleries located in Muse Hall and Tyler Hall. Admission is free.
The College of Visual and Performing Arts Performance Season offers numerous cultural opportunities, including theatre productions, dance performances, musical performances, fashion shows and art exhibits.
WVRU Radio is the New River Valley's Adult Alternative music source.

The Appalachian Regional and Rural Studies Center is home to the Appalachian Folklife Archives, some 600 unique field collection projects and their accompanying recordings, videotapes, slides and photographs.
The Teaching Resources Center (TRC) provides instructional, curricular and technological support for students enrolled in teacher education programs, professional education faculty at Radford University and K-12 teachers throughout the Commonwealth.
McConnell Library and its staff of helpful librarians support student and faculty research, scholarship, and the free and open exploration of ideas.

The Autism Center provides families, professionals and students with access to state-of-the-art clinical services and evidence-based resources to improve the quality of the lives of children and adults with ASD.
The Speech, Language and Hearing Clinic provides prevention, assessment, and treatment of speech, language, swallowing, and hearing disorders for individuals from infancy through later adulthood.

The Center for Social and Cultural Research (CSCR) offers social research services for University, community and regional needs.
The Forensic Science Institute provides professional consulting in medico-legal aspects of forensic science, including Forensic Anthropology and Forensic Archaeology, as well as prehistoric and historic archaeological cultural resource management projects.
The Government and Nonprofit Assistance Center (GNAC) provides quality professional financial education and technical assistance to governmental and not-for-profit organizations.
Science & Technology
The GIS Center at Radford University provides training in GIS software, remote sensing, surveying and other geospatial techniques to both the university community and others.
The Greenhouse serves as a vital resource for the university and Radford community, including K-12, post-secondary and alternative school groups.
The Museum of the Earth Sciences serves as an educational resource for earth science related themes for the university, K12 communities and the general public.
The Planetarium is open during the fall and spring semesters when Radford University is open. All shows are free and everyone is welcome.
The Selu Observatory is free and open to the public every clear Friday night when classes are in session.
