Employee Vaccination Status
Dear Radford Faculty and Staff,
As the fall semester begins at Radford University, we want you to know we remain focused on the health, safety and well-being of our Highlander Family. On August 5, Governor Ralph Northam issued Executive Directive Number Eighteen -Ensuring a Safe Work Place. As outlined in the Directive, all employees must disclose their COVID-19 vaccination status to Human Resources no later than Wednesday, September 1, 2021.
You are required to complete the Employee Vaccination Status Form regardless of vaccination status. If fully vaccinated, you will be prompted to upload a copy of the front of your vaccination card.
Vaccines will be available for faculty and staff Tuesday, August 17 through Saturday, August 21 from 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. in Young Hall. Any employee not fully vaccinated by September 1, must undergo weekly COVID-19 testing, complete the daily symptom tracker and complete an online form each week documenting your COVID-19 test results.
